04Method

Our method, from survey to handover

The same six steps on every site. See how we apply this method to each of our services.

  1. Step 01

    Site audit

On-site survey: switchboard, available power, cable routes and parking layout.

  2. Step 02

    Engineering & quotation

Load calculation, single-line diagram and a fixed price per lot.

  3. Step 03

    Planning

Phasing agreed with the property manager, coordination with the utility.

  4. Step 04

    Installation

Lot by lot, so the site stays operational throughout the works.

  5. Step 05

    Commissioning

Measurements, charge-simulator tests and a signed acceptance report.

  6. Step 06

    Maintenance

Maintenance contract with periodic visits and agreed response times.

05Quality checks

Test equipment and quality checks

Earth continuity, phase rotation, charging states: everything is checked with professional test equipment (EN 61557) and recorded in the report handed to the client.
