EV charging solutions for every type of site

Dwell time, available power and who needs access decide the solution. Here is how we approach six types of site, from master-planned communities to taxi depots.

01Developers

Master developers and residential communities

Villas, compounds, towers and shared residential car parks. Charging is planned at construction stage, or added to an occupied building without disrupting residents.

Challenges

  • Sizing for future demand without oversizing the connection
  • Fair metering and access, unit by unit
  • Works in buildings where residents live

What we install

  • Pre-cabling at construction stage, bays activated as residents move in
  • Per-unit metering and RFID access
  • Dynamic load management across the car park
Typical power
7–22 kW AC
Recommended tier

02Hotels

Hotels and resorts

For a hotel or a resort, charging is part of the welcome. Guests arriving by electric car expect to leave with a full battery, and an overnight stay is exactly where AC charging performs best.

Challenges

  • Guests arrive at any hour and stay one night or several
  • Valet-managed bays and limited parking space
  • Equipment that matches the standard of the property

What we install

  • 22 kW AC smart wallboxes for overnight and day stays
  • RFID access for guests, valets and staff
  • Load management sharing power with the rest of the building
  • European brands and custom finishes when the property calls for them
Typical power
7–22 kW AC

03Malls

Malls and retail

Destination charging keeps visitors on site longer. Across a large car park, the challenge is power: dozens of bays sharing one supply, and dwell times from thirty minutes to a full working day.

Challenges

  • Many bays on a shared supply
  • Mixed dwell times, from quick stops to all-day staff parking
  • Public use: robust equipment and clear signage

What we install

  • 22 kW AC commercial chargers across the car park
  • 40 kW DC chargers for short stops near the entrance
  • Load management at car-park scale
Typical power
22 kW AC · 40 kW DC
Recommended tier
Business · DC Fast

04Offices

Offices and corporate fleets

Employees charge while they work, pool cars charge between trips, and the finance team wants to know who used what.

Challenges

  • Fair access across employees and pool cars
  • Consumption tracking per user or per vehicle
  • Limited power in existing office buildings

What we install

  • 7–22 kW AC chargers with per-user RFID access
  • Consumption reporting through a supervision platform
  • Load management within the building supply
Typical power
7–22 kW AC
Recommended tier
Business · European premium

05Fleets

Taxi, ride-hailing and delivery fleets

For a fleet, every hour off the road costs money. Charging must follow the shift pattern: fast top-ups between shifts, full charges at the depot overnight.

Challenges

  • Tight turnaround between shifts
  • Many vehicles charging at the same time at the depot
  • Uptime: an idle charger means a vehicle off the road

What we install

  • 40 kW DC chargers for top-ups between shifts
  • 22 kW AC chargers for overnight depot charging
  • Maintenance contract with contractual response times
Typical power
40 kW DC · 22 kW AC
Recommended tier
DC Fast · Business

06Dealerships

Car dealerships

Showroom, workshop and handover bays: demonstrators must be charged, workshop vehicles topped up and new cars delivered with a full battery.

Challenges

  • Several uses on one site: showroom, workshop, delivery
  • Demonstrators and customer cars always ready
  • Works carried out while the dealership stays open

What we install

  • 22 kW AC chargers for showroom and handover bays
  • 40 kW DC chargers for the workshop and quick turnarounds
  • Lot-by-lot installation, site open throughout
Typical power
22 kW AC · 40 kW DC
Recommended tier
Business · DC Fast
