S.01Engineering & site study

Site survey and charging design

Every project starts on site. We read the switchboard, measure the available power, trace the cable routes and map the parking layout, then size the installation for the vehicles you have today and the fleet you plan for.

No quotation leaves our office before the load calculation is done. That is how we avoid oversized connections, and surprises during the works.

What you receive

  • Technical site visit: switchboard, available power, cable routes, parking layout
  • Power balance and load calculation
  • Single-line diagram of the charging installation
  • Charger selection matched to dwell time and usage
  • Phasing plan for sites that stay in use
  • Fixed, itemised quotation per lot

S.02Installation & commissioning

Installation and commissioning of AC and DC chargers

Each charger gets its own dedicated circuit and protections, in line with NF C 15-100, and a clear identification label. We work lot by lot, so the car park, the hotel or the dealership stays open.

At commissioning we measure everything: earth continuity, phase rotation and installation tests, then charge-simulator tests in every charging state. The values go into the acceptance report you sign.

What you receive

  • Dedicated circuit and protections for every charger
  • Wall-mounted AC wallboxes and pedestal DC chargers
  • Labelling of every charger and its circuit
  • Earth continuity, phase-rotation and installation tests
  • Charge-simulator tests in every CP / PP state
  • Signed acceptance report with measured values

S.03Smart charging

Smart charging and supervision-ready connectivity

Dynamic load management shares the available power between chargers, which often avoids a costly upgrade of the grid connection. As more vehicles arrive, more bays can be activated on the same supply.

Access is controlled by RFID badge, and chargers connect over Wi-Fi, 4G or Ethernet depending on the model, ready for supervision platforms chosen by you or by your operator.

What you receive

  • Dynamic load management set-up and testing
  • RFID badge access for residents, staff or guests
  • Network connection over Wi-Fi, 4G or Ethernet
  • Chargers ready for supervision platforms
  • Per-user access and consumption data through the platform

S.04Maintenance contracts

Maintenance and servicing of charging stations

A charger earns its place when it works the moment a driver arrives. Our maintenance contracts combine preventive visits, corrective interventions and contractual response times.

We maintain the installations we deliver and, after inspection, existing equipment: whether we can take over a station depends on its make and condition.

What you receive

  • Periodic preventive visits
  • Corrective interventions
  • Contractual response times
  • Visit reports with measured values
  • 3-year warranty, parts and labour, on supplied equipment and our workmanship
  • Takeover of existing stations, subject to make and condition

S.05Partnership model

Working with charge point operators and property owners

In the UAE, where we are developing our activity, D-Voltaris acts as the engineering, installation and maintenance partner of licensed charge point operators and property owners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, through a local representative. The same model works with operators and property managers in France and Morocco.

The operator or property owner keeps

  • Its licence
  • Its charging network
  • Its billing

D-Voltaris delivers

  • Site engineering and charger selection
  • Installation and commissioning to European standards
  • Maintenance with contractual response times

We have no office, entity or licence in the UAE at this stage. Enquiries are handled by our local representative and at services@d-voltaris.fr.

Method

Our method, step by step

Six steps and a single point of contact. Details of our method and test equipment are on the Expertise page.

  1. Step 01

    Site audit

On-site survey: switchboard, available power, cable routes and parking layout.

  2. Step 02

    Engineering & quotation

Load calculation, single-line diagram and a fixed price per lot.

  3. Step 03

    Planning

Phasing agreed with the property manager, coordination with the utility.

  4. Step 04

    Installation

Lot by lot, so the site stays operational throughout the works.

  5. Step 05

    Commissioning

Measurements, charge-simulator tests and a signed acceptance report.

  6. Step 06

    Maintenance

Maintenance contract with periodic visits and agreed response times.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does an EV charging project involve?

Typically a site survey, a design adapted to the electrical supply and usage, installation, testing and commissioning, then maintenance. The exact scope depends on your site and the chargers selected.

Do you handle design as well as installation?

Yes, engineering and installation are part of our offer. We size the installation around your site, vehicles and the number of users.

Can you maintain chargers over time?

Yes, maintenance is one of our qualified activities (AFNOR IRVE). The frequency and content of the maintenance depend on the equipment and how it is used.

Can you work with a charge point operator?

Yes. In the UAE in particular, we work as an installation and maintenance partner of licensed charge point operators and property owners, through a local representative. We do not operate a local office there.

How do you test an installation?

Installations are verified with professional test equipment before handover; details of the method and equipment are on our Expertise page. The checks carried out depend on the type of charger.
